Big Picture Framing Announces Two New Franchise Openings

Big Picture Framing LLC , a franchisor of custom framing stores, based in Needham, MA announced today two new franchise openings of its stores. One of the stores is located in South Burlington, VT and opened in November 2005 and the other in Woburn, MA opened in January 2006.

In November 2005, the day after Thanksgiving to be exact, Big Picture Framing opened its doors at 570 Shelburne Road, in South Burlington, VT. "Everybody in the area has been so positive and encouraging," says James Regan, the company’s first out of state franchise owner. "Because we opened the day after Thanksgiving, things were quite busy from day one."

In January 2006, Jim & Penny Nadeau opened the Woburn store. "We are very pleased to be located in Woburn and the customers have been very receptive to Big Picture Framing's approach," said Penny Nadeau, the new franchise owner. What Starbucks did for coffee, Barry Stahl and Bob Clayton at Big Picture Framing are doing for the retail custom framing industry. Bob and Barry have combined over thirty years experience in the retail framing business. And, as senior executives with strong local and regional framing retailers they perfected the art of providing quality products that meet customer needs while streamlining the framing production process.

In 2000, Barry and Bob launched a chain of frame stores in Boston stressing design, quality, selection, price and On Demand service. The two new franchise openings in Woburn, MA and South Burlington, VT mark the company's sixth store in the Boston area and its seventh store in New England.
