Specialty Answering Service has just completed a 4 month study analyzing customer needs in the answering service industry vs. growing trends in the small business sector. A summation of this study indicated business needs growing towards a more “virtual” application. Businesses are able to flourish as a purely internet based conglomerate without seeking funds for gross initial capital investment. Upon analyzing the results, a significant effect of this study was the creation of our new Website Receptionist Division to be able to manage advanced call center needs.To reflect the current United States small business trends (as provided by the Small Business Administration), Specialty Answering Service has created a call center that is able to manage all applications a virtual or internet based company would need to continue an exponential growth curve by providing exceptional total customer service support. Via this new application, we are able to manage the following array of services: telemarketing, help desk, order processing, virtual office support, appointment scheduling, database integration, and fulfillment. Through the unique flexible infrastructure we have built this new division on, we are able to add services to contend with the changing needs of the virtual business owner. We hope this advanced application will keep us ahead of other answering service providers in the United States offering similar services.
