E&J Participates in the Closing and Implementation of $60 Million Private Offering

The attorneys at ERWIN & JOHNSON LLP recently participated in the closing of the sixth in a series of private offerings regarding senior life settlements. The $60 million transaction was arranged by Private Equity Management Group, Inc., TIS Wealth Management of Taiwan, and is managed by Genesis Voyager Assets Management. E&J serves as Trustee and Escrow Agent for the fund and is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the fund’s goals. With the closing of this transaction, E&J is now responsible for more than a half a billion dollars in assets under trustee supervision.
