Erwin & Johnson LLP Names Keith J. Larson as Senior Associate

After a year of excellent service as Of Counsel to ERWIN & JOHNSON LLP, attorney Keith J. Larson has joined the firm as a Senior Associate. Prior to his affiliation with E&J, Mr. Larson was an associate with the corporate group of Fenwick & West LLP in Silicon Valley, California. Mr. Larson’s practice at E&J concentrates on the representation of individuals and privately held businesses in a variety of complex business transactions, including the formation and counseling of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, the preparation of private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, personal estate planning and life settlement industry services. He attended both college and law school at UCLA, where he earned his undergraduate degree summa cum laude and received his Juris Doctorate degree with a specialization in Business Law. While in law school, Mr. Larson also worked for the Securities & Exchange Commission in San Francisco, California. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice before all state courts in California as well as the United States Central District Court.
