Writerlance lets companies and magazines that have projects that need to be completed by a freelance writer post their projects on the website. Then freelance writers compete and bid on the project. When the bidding period ends, which usually lasts at least a week, the project poster chooses the bid he or she likes the most and then talks privately to that writer about how he or she wants the project completed.
