Hatteras Hammocks® 2006 Introductions: The Roadmap to Relaxation

Hatteras Hammocks® proudly introduces four exciting new lines for 2006 based on a Roadmap to Relaxation theme. We journeyed to the places where relaxation lives to create these collections.
If your map takes you away from home and down Cabana Row, this is where you will feel warmth of colors and lots of life. It is a collection full of garnet and warm golden tones in bold stripes and tapestry-like designs.
When along your favorite hometown street, Willow Place is just for you with its soft oatmeal and pesto greens and cozy oranges crafted into fun, meandering rivers of color, oversized florals, and circles and dots forming unique stripes.
A by-way along the waters and sandy beaches, catching a glimpse of tropical vegetation and creatures of the sea provided the inspiration for the Ocean Avenue collection.
At the end of the day when the sky above is on fire with a golden glow, you will enjoy a locale where calming conclusions to the rush of the day are found. This is Sunset Boulevard.
Each new Hatteras Hammocks color palette includes a full range of our signature products including hammocks, swings, decorative and traditional pillows. The Cabana Row and Willow Place collections are constructed of 100% DuraCord® fabric in custom designs found only on these Hatteras Hammocks. In Ocean Avenue and Sunset Boulevard, solution dyed acrylics have been tapped that coordinate with other outdoor products.
These new color palettes are a result of research done by The HammockSource “We worked to provide our specialty retailers with something unique and fashion-forward,” states Laurie Rudd, creative director for The HammockSource. “We believe that homeowners who play it safe with furniture groupings can use hammocks to add a ‘splash’ of color to their backyards.”
