He will be responsible for 24/7 telephone support, as well as managing issues and on-site support for the company’s customers on the west coast.

Mr. McCumber spent 7 years at Material Movement, where he was responsible for the installation and maintenance of the Diamond Phoenix product line. “With over 10 years of experience in material handling installation and maintenance and a solid knowledge of our products, I’m confident that James will be a great asset to Diamond Phoenix and its customers,” said Guy Boudreau, Customer Service Manager.
