San Diego Realty Firm Creates Discount Buzz

Listingssandiego.com and Houserebate.com have been running a TV Commercial campaign in and around the San Diego Real Estate Marketplace.

And they are stirring up quite a buzz.

It seems the two sites run by Brian Yui; Broker Owner of Wellsford Realty, has been offering dramatic rebates for the purchase or sale of a home.

If a home buyer buys their new home thru Wellsford Realty, then they will get a 1% rebate off the purchase of their home.

"All we ask is that the home buyer registers with our websites and then contact us when they wish to view one or a few of the thousands of homes that we have listed for sale".

More and more Greater San Diego home buyers have enjoyed the savings provided by the company. In fact one couple (as documented on the website) said that they saved over $13,500 buying and selling their home thru the Yui's Brokerage.

Home sellers enjoy a discounted 4 1/2% listing fee. This is a discount over the traditional charge of the 6% to 7% industry norm.

Yui says although the home buying and selling fees are discounted, the firm still offers full service.

"Our biggest concern is that our client enjoys the home buying and selling process. That means that we do our best to negotiate the best price for our client as well as well hold their hand thru the whole escrow period. It appears that the discounted approach is working for Yui and Wellsford Realty as he is expanding soon to an office in the Palm Springs Coachella Valley region.
