REP Commercial Negotiates Lease for $1.99 Jewelry & Boutique Store in Cerritos Triangle in Cerritos, CA

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated a lease for a new jewelry and gift boutique store in Cerritos, CA.

Franchisee $1.99 Jewelry & Boutique Store of Cerritos, CA signed a three-year lease for 1,337 square feet to open at Cerritos Triangle, located at the corner of 183rd Street and Gridley, in Cerritos. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. The tenant represented itself. David Morgan, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the landlord, Fu Ta Investors, LLC.

$1.99 Jewelry & Boutique Store is slated to open at 11327 183rd Street in early April 2006. This is the first location for the $1.99 Jewelry & Boutique Store franchisee.
