Kids’ Imaginations Take Shape with New Sculpey® Clay Club™ Kits

Elk Grove Village, Ill. – According to the Craft and Hobby Association, more and more Americans are looking for ways to spend quality time with their families and have found that craft projects are a great way to stimulate everyone’s imagination.

CHA spokesperson Terri Ouellette says that an up-and-coming craft right now is polymer clay. Unlike dough-clay and air-dry clay, Sculpey III® polymer clay will not dry out until it is made permanent by baking in a home oven. Sculpey III® from Polyform Products can be used in a wide variety of craft projects for the whole family including simple ornaments, picture frames, jewelry and much more.

Just in time for spring, Polyform Products debuts a new line of Sculpey® Clay Club™ Kits for kids. These easy starter kits are available in six different styles. Kids will love to design their own photo holders for their best friends or family members with “Dots and Spots” or “Alien Friends.” They can also create wacky, make-believe “Goofy Googly” creatures, or their own portable “Tic-Tac-Toe” game board and pieces. Girls will especially love the “Cat & Mouse Game” pen/pencil toppers and the “Jazzy Jewelry” kit designed just for them.
