The Center for Advancement in Cancer Education (BeatCancer.org) Asks You to Give the Gift of Education this Holiday Season
December 03, 2019 (PRLEAP.COM) Health News
Richboro, PA, December 3, 2019 - The Center for Advancement in Cancer Education (BeatCancer.org) is encouraging others to join them on their mission to raise additional funds for cancer education during the 2019 holiday season. BeatCancer.org was founded by Educational Director Susan Silberstein, PhD, in 1977. Since then, the organization has been educating others about holistic, natural methods that can help with cancer prevention and healing. Earlier this year, the organization announced two new programs-one for patients and caregivers and another for those interested in becoming educators or speakers-in addition to their already successful Holistic Cancer Coaching Certification program.
This holiday season, BeatCancer.org is continuing its annual push to encourage others to pay it forward and to help the organization continue their life-changing work: discovering and spreading knowledge about cancer education and prevention. Every year since its inception, 86% of every dollar spent on BeatCancer.org's educational and coaching programs-as well as donations-goes directly to programs designed to help save lives.
The organization wants to remind you of the many ways you can partner with them to give back this holiday season: signing yourself or a loved one up for one of their education programs (there are three tiers to choose from), becoming an affiliate if you're already part of the program, or making a one-time, scholarship or monthly donation toward cancer education and prevention.
"We encourage people to give themselves or a loved one the gift of knowledge this holiday season. By purchasing one of our programs, you (or a family member or friend) can learn so much about cancer prevention and healing. At the same time, you'll be contributing to our greater mission of spreading information and awareness to others," said Carl Wagner, CEO of The Center for Advancement in Cancer Education. "We also accept donations of any amount, as every small bit helps us get one step closer toward understanding-and spreading the message of-true cancer prevention," Wagner continued.
