REP Commercial Negotiates Lease for New Restaurant for 6,331 Sq. Ft. at 2045 N. Tustin in Orange, CA

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated a lease for a new restaurant in Orange, CA.

Uneek Productions of Burbank, CA dba Iconz restaurant signed a five-year lease for 6,331 square feet to open at 2045 N. Tustin of Orange, CA, the site of a former China Buffet restaurant. The value of the lease could not be disclosed.

Sue Wilkerson of Winner Baird of Corona represented Uneek Productions in the lease transaction. David Morgan, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the landlord, Asbury Properties, Inc. of Los Angeles.

Iconz is slated to open later this month or early next month in March 2006. This is a new business for Uneek Productions.
