The International Lawyers Network's Restructuring & Insolvency Group announces the inaugural release of its publication, "Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring Proceedings." This collaborative electronic guide offers a summary of key insolvency and bankruptcy law principles in 12 jurisdictions across the globe, serving as a quick, practical reference for those needing assistance in these jurisdictions. Director of Global Relationship Management, and the guide's facilitator, Lindsay Griffiths, says "The ILN is delighted to publish this collaborative work, and showcase the strength and depth of the combined expertise of our insolvency lawyers. We have plans to add additional jurisdictions to the publication, which will be regularly revised, to make this a comprehensive and up-to-date source of information."
