About the Author
Donald G. Morgan is a patriotic citizen and retired Sociology associate professor with a strong commitment to the independence and economic development of Jamaica. For much of his adult life, he has been involved in voluntary work in the interest of his country.
Morgan's voluntary work is not confined to Jamaica. In the U.S., he founded the Social Work Department at Bowie State University in Maryland. Bringing together multiple services at one central location, the Huntington Community Service Center provides legal aid, a well-baby clinic, juvenile and adult counseling, and adult education classes.
For his services to the people of Maryland, Morgan received a special commendation from the late Honorable William Donald Schafer, former governor of the state.
