Network Control Experiences Record 2018
January 22, 2019 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
January 22, 2019 - Waverly, IA – Network Control, a pioneer and leader in the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) industry, today announced that 2018 was a year of unprecedented growth for the company. Celebrating Network Control's 20th anniversary in 2018, significant new clients were added, and revenue continued to grow in a wide range of market segments.More specifically, the company grew its customer base 14%, while increasing revenue 18%. "We're very proud of our results for 2018," stated Mark Hearn, Network Control president and CEO. "We continue a trend of growth that is driven by our ability to outperform customer expectations, and our reputation in the marketplace as the TEM provider that 'gets things done and done right'."
To support this growth the company increased staffing by 8.5% to consistently provide "white glove" service to its customers. Network Control consistently maintains one of the highest percentages of employees to customers in the industry, which is a key benefit to their customers.
A notable new client for 2018 is one of the largest natural gas utilities in the US. The utility migrated from its previous TEM provider, anticipating improved results. Network Control was able to identify an excess of $385,000 in cost savings within the first two months of onboarding, validating their decision to change TEM providers and demonstrate a quick ROI.
The company also added the largest manufacturer of water heaters in the U.S., replacing another Wireless TEM provider. Network Control is now managing both the manufacturer's wireless and wireline lifecycle management. "The level of support we receive from the entire team dedicated to our company has proven to be one of our best IT decisions in 2018," stated the Dir. of IT-Telecom.
One of the largest medical institutions in California was also added to Network Control's list of new customers in 2018. They had little knowledge of their mobility infrastructure with over 3,200 devices managed by over 110 unique departments. The organization lacked consistent process, inventory and cost controls. In both cases significant savings and dramatically higher levels of support are being delivered, resulting in an extremely pleased IT Procurement team.
"We continue to be committed to the highest standards of customer service and performance, and the results we achieve for our customers speak volumes," said Hearn. "We look forward to another year of significant growth in 2019."
