The Pointe Celebrates Topping Off Ceremony for One Particular Harbour

Margaritaville Resort at The Pointe recently celebrated the topping off ceremony for the One Particular Harbour at The Pointe luxury residences in Nassau Bahamas. This celebration is a construction tradition that honors the placing of the highest beam and commemorates this important milestone. The festivities also included the opening of the Seven entertainment center, an expansive facility with plenty of in-house options designed to complement the luxurious residences of the One Particular Harbour development. The Pointe is responsible for the One Particular Harbour building project, which broke ground in August 2015.

The Prime Minister of the Bahamas, the Honorable Dr. Hubert Minnis, attended the celebration and expressed his approval of the economic benefits for Bahamian workers made possible by this project. Daniel Liu, President of The Pointe, noted that the project will provide real economic support for the area. "When the job is completed, we estimate that $100 million will be injected into the economy." According to Liu, The Pointe "will also become a catalyst for the future revitalization of downtown Nassau." More than 25 percent of the available units at One Particular Harbour have already been sold.

One Particular Harbour at The Pointe combines the most luxurious oceanfront residences with preferred berthing rights for big boats and yachts at its exclusive deep-water marina. Prospective residents can choose from 126 units, including studios and condos with one to four bedrooms. Seven's convenient location will offer easy access to local hotels at The Pointe and to the residences at One Particular Harbour.

Margaritaville Resort at The Pointe is expected to start its phased opening plan in mid-2019 and to complete construction in 2020.
