About the Author
Dr. Victor Z. Khalil was raised in the Middle East and is an expert in the language and culture of the region. He received training at the Middle East Theological Seminary in Beirut, the American University of Beirut, the Waterloo College in London, and earned his doctorate from the International Bible Institute and Seminary in Florida. He continues to train up the next generation of leaders and has taught at William Tyndale College, the Defense Language Institute, and Biola University.
