Intrafocus Announces a KPI Driven Strategy Scorecard Workshop

Intrafocus has introduced a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) driven Strategy Scorecard Workshop. The process is based on an established strategic scorecard methodology in five easy to understand steps. Starting with an assumption that most organisations will already have a strategic vision in place, the process looks at how to break the vision down into three strategic priorities and a set of measurable business objectives.

"It is easy to build a strategy scorecard that contains a wish list of everything you might aspire to as an organisation," says Clive Keyte, Director at Intrafocus "but that will not result in a successful strategy that can be implemented. The key is to focus on a few strategic goals and ensure that they are measurable."

Keyte goes on to explain the importance of embedding strategic actions into operational reviews; "Strategy is not a bolt-on activity that occurs once a year at an off-site meeting. The most successful strategies become part of the monthly review cycle with measurable objectives and relevant projects."

The 5-step process has been developed through decades of activity in the field examining what succeeds and what does not. The foundation methodology taught through years of workshop facilitation has been refined and refined again. There is no doubt that it that works.
