Dr. Rossio founded the clinic after retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Air Force in 2004. After a demanding career as an Air Force surgeon, he decided he wanted to practice in a more relaxed setting, so he opened the clinic to provide non-invasive cosmetic procedures and skin renewal treatments.
