Cornerstone Realty Hosting Staten Island's First "Virtual Open House"

Cornerstone Realty is pleased to announce that this Saturday, August 11th they will be hosting Staten Islands' first ever, "Virtual Open House," at their office location of 847 Annadale Road. This live-streamed event will provide the opportunity for buyers to view and walk through multiple homes, all from 1 location. Buyers will have the opportunity to walk through 3 distinct homes in minutes and all from the virtual reality center located in the Cornerstone Realty office.

Virtual Reality walk throughs have started to appear in the marketplace and because of the cost, typically most of the properties that had it been used for were at higher price points. Cornerstone Realty had made the investment in this technology and made it a standard part of their Premier Marketing System, which benefited properties at all price points.

The consumer, while being able to recognize the property may be available as a VR tour, typically does not get the full effect if they do not have the corresponding VR technology. At the Cornerstone office, the VR connective devices are there to present buyers with a complete picture and scope of the future. "We felt that buyers were not getting a complete picture trying to view 4D on a 2D screen. This open house gives buyers an opportunity to view these homes like they should be viewed.
