The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) hosts the 2006 Annual HIMSS Conference & Exhibition in San Diego CA from February 12 through February 16. Mi-Co senior staff and key partners will be demonstrating Mi-Forms and the latest in forms automation in Booth 2148.“While Mi-Co has a long history at HIMSS, this will be the first year that we are sponsoring our own booth and inviting partners to join us in demonstrating the most innovative mobile data capture platform in use in the healthcare industry, “ said Mi-Co Chief Technical Officer, Dr. Greg Clary. “Not only will Mi-Co highlight specific solutions for hospitals, home healthcare agencies and other healthcare providers, we have also scheduled discussions with key healthcare software development companies that are evaluating the Mi-Forms Software Development Kit for use in extending their electronic medical records solutions to the Tablet PC and Digital Pen.
Approximately 30,000 attendees will gather at 2006 HIMSS to discuss the major technology issues in healthcare delivery and to hear from industry and technology leaders such as Tom Ridge, former Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, the Secretary of the US Department of Health and Human Services, Michael Leavitt, and for a change of pace, Dana Carvey, the Emmy award winning comedian.
