Can’t Take Our Eyes off Times Square, Carmen Chiles

New York, NY — When Carmen Chiles music falls on virgin ears it instantly launches one into a realm where such a strong and welcoming passion is rarely experienced in today's music. To introduce this undeniable talent to the general public and broaden her already strong base of devoted fans, Power Entertainment Group representatives will be in Times Square on Tuesday February 21st distributing copies of Carmen Chiles new single “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You” featuring J. Wicks.

Stepping out of her customary “Rock ‘N Soul” element, Carmen decided to remake the Frankie Valli record “so that I could introduce myself to the public with a recognizable song. I loved Lauren Hill's rendition of Frankie Valli’s "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You" and so I picked up my guitar and learned the chords used in Lauren's version. I then listened to Frankie's original and picked out parts that I really enjoyed and came up with my own version. Adding an urban edge to the song also makes it perfect for a DJ to bump in the club! It's cool because the song turned into something that my fans wouldn't expect and I'm so excited for them to see a different side of me!”

Chiles, a multi-talented singer/songwriter/musician has been selling out shows in New York, Philadelphia and several other cities along the East Coast. With her rhythmic guitar and what critics classify as “smoothly blending elements from rock, jazz and back to soul”, Carmen has created a sound all her own. Power Entertainment Group plans to release Carmen’s first full length album entitled “SOULution” by summer 2006, which will highlight her unique alternative/soul/rock sound.
