Terra State Community College is live with TranscriptsPlus®

Terra State Community College has partnered with Credentials Solutions to make the company its designated agent for processing and sending official transcripts on behalf of the College.

Current and recent students have the ability to complete a transcript request through the College's Banner Self-Service. Past students who no longer have Banner Self-Service access can get to the TranscriptsPlus® online ordering platform directly from the Credentials Solutions website.

Transcripts can be sent electronically or delivered through the mail. The PDF transcript that is produced contains identical information as the printed transcript. If sent through the mail with eRoboMail®, transcripts are printed, folded, stuffed, stamped, and shipped from a Credentials Solutions-owned facility. These two options make it easier to have transcripts delivered based on the receivers' preferred format.

Credentials Solutions supports all services with Client Relationship Managers to assist staff members with any questions and Customer Service Representatives to answer student inquiries, allowing staff members to focus on other important areas.
