Zane State College is live with Credentials Solutions Transcript Services

Zane State College students and alumni can now request official transcripts through Credentials Solutions online ordering platform TranscriptsPlus®. Available 24/7, the transcript ordering service can be accessed through the college's student portal or Credentials' website.

This new service provides an automated environment for both the student and the college. If the student is automatically authorized based on the information provided, the order is processed in a matter of minutes, which results in the Registrar's Office never having to touch the order.

Depending on the sender's preference, a transcript can be sent electronically or through the mail. Transcripts sent through the mail are printed and sent out of a Credentials Solutions-owned facility, which has taken all paper inventory and printing work out of the Zane State Registrar's Office. This has contributed to fewer transcript resends and reduced labor costs.

Students and alumni are able to track their order every step of the way with Self-ServicePlus™. Requesters are automatically notified when the order has been authorized and the transcript has been viewed or delivered to the designated receiver.

If any issues arise regarding transcript requests, Credentials Solutions Customer Service Representatives are available 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday-Thursday and 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays (EST/EDT). Zane State College is also provided with a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to answer any questions that come up through the duration of the relationship.
