Baron & Budd, P.C., Announces Addition of Rob Crain

DALLAS – The Dallas law firm of Baron & Budd, P.C., is announcing the addition of noted plaintiffs attorney Rob Crain as Of Counsel in the firm’s Dallas office.“Rob is well-known for his hard work and success on behalf of deserving plaintiffs in Texas and throughout the Southwest,” says Russell M. Budd, managing shareholder of Baron & Budd. “Our attorneys are extremely pleased Rob is joining the firm, and we are looking forward to working together on important cases that impact people in their everyday lives.”
Mr. Crain represents plaintiffs in a wide variety of personal injury litigation, including wrongful death, automobile and truck accidents, pharmaceutical liability, defective products, pipeline explosions, construction accidents, premises liability, and nursing home negligence.

Mr. Crain, who most recently was a name partner in the Dallas personal injury firm of Crain & Montes, L.L.P., has been recognized by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in Dallas in D Magazine, and as a Texas Super Lawyer in Texas Monthly magazine.
A recipient of the Dallas Police Association’s “Back the Blue Award,” Mr. Crain also was named “Outstanding Young Lawyer of Texas” by the Texas Young Lawyers Association for 2004-2005, and “Outstanding Young Lawyer of Dallas” by the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers for the same time period.
He earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law following his graduation (with High Honors) from the University of Texas at Austin.
