Credentials Solutions Receives Significant Investment from Brentwood Associates

Credentials Solutions is pleased to announce that the company has taken a significant growth investment from Brentwood Associates, a leading middle-market private equity firm. Brentwood will bring resources and investment capital to the business with the intention of accelerating the company's growth. Chief Executive Officer, Thomas D. McKechney, and Chief Operating Officer, J. Jeffrey Geldermann, will continue to lead the business.

As part of the transaction, Steve Moore and Craig Milius from Brentwood will join the Board of Directors.
