Samantha Goldberg of Gold Events has worked in the event coordination industry for over 14 years. She started her career in the professional beauty and fashion industry in Chicago. Thus giving her hands on knowledge of what is aesthetically pleasing in the event planning market.
In 2003 Samantha and her spouse were transfered to New Jersey for a career opportunity. After the birth of their first child, Samantha decided to try the NJ market for wedding planning. To her surprise w/o having any connections she was able to acquire 14 clients with in a 2 month period of time. In 2005 she had 40 weddings and for 2006 she is estimated to have over 54 events. This far surpasses her competition.
Samantha's forte' is in working with "Brides On A Budget." With the average cost of a wedding in 2005 being at $18,000 this provides a market that is unlike no other.
"It is not about the amount of budget you have available it is what you plan to do with it that is key." Samantha mentions to her clients.
"This average is 75% of whats out-there… These brides need help!"
There are many planners that can put together a snazzy affair with an unlimited budget, but cannot work with such limited means. Samantha comes in with an eye for ambiance and knows based on experience what is affordable, but looks expensive. Is about painting a picture that looks and feels like the real thing..It is the real thing!
How does one know how to work with such small means? And even if they had the tools how to use them?
Samantha's whimsical personality and organized methods insures a successful affair everytime.
