Pertmaster Now Offers Project Risk Qualitative & Quantitative Analysis.

Houston, Texas – Pertmaster, author of project risk analytics software Project Risk and Risk Expert, has released a major enhancement to their existing software to create a full qualitative and quantitative risk solution. A new risk register allows the project team to incorporate risk events into their schedule for a comprehensive risk analysis.

Pertmaster project analytics provides enterprise risk management by determining if your project will come in on time and to budget and if not, why. The Monte Carlo analytics is the heart of the tool, which simulates the execution of the project by taking into account risk and uncertainty. With the newest release, Pertmaster can now incorporate risk information, together with mitigation plans, into the schedule through the advanced risk register. From this, a comprehensive “cost-benefit” analysis of alternate mitigation strategies can be executed.

Risk registers help the project team build upon project experience and use the knowledge gained as precedent for a quicker, more accurate risk analysis. The Pertmaster risk register also incorporates mitigation plans and alternate scenario modeling. Many visual aids help prepare the data for analysis, including PI matrices and waterfall diagrams.

Pertmaster natively integrates with Microsoft Project, Primavera and Welcom Open Plan schedules, and any information from Microsoft EPM and Primavera risk registers can also be brought into Pertmaster.

The qualitative and quantitative risk register is available in Pertmaster Risk Expert, which is currently being used within construction, aerospace & defense, oil & gas companies to name a few. Additional capabilities added to Risk Expert include more reporting tools for six sigma and probabilistic cash flow analysis.
