The Association has long offered formidable class choices of exceptional quality in Seattle and Bellevue on many topics important to starting or growing as real estate investors.
REIA 2018 Classes will include Getting Started, Asset Protection, Tax Strategies, Law and Legislative Updates, Contracts, Wholesaling, Rehabbing, Land Development, Commercial and Multi-Family topics, Landlording, Buying at Auction and much more. REIA Classes are taught by REIA Business Members, local professionals who are experts in their fields, governmental agencies and local, active real estate investors. REIA does not permit the sale of products or services, though many REIA Business Members briefly introduce their companies and, often, the savings or other benefits they make available to REIA Members.
Real Estate Investor and general business education is also available at the REIA Main Meeting, Chapter meetings in Everett, Seattle and Tacoma, the REIA Semi-Annual Networking Event and the REIA Master Mind Group Meeting, a small round-table discussion group. Each REIA meeting includes exceptional networking with other real estate investors.
The first classes of the year are at Everett REIA on Saturday, January 13, 2018 and Tacoma REIA on Saturday, January 27, 2018. Each class will include a segment on Getting Started in Real Estate Investing, including both investing choices and starting information, taught by REIA President and real estate investor Shirley Henderson. Each class will also include segments on preemptive Asset Protection by a Washington State Attorney along with Tax Strategies by a Tax Professional, each fellow REIA Members and active investors.
