About the Author
Francis's Father is a licensed surveyor, land surveying mostly in the state of Alabama. However, some of his fondest memories are of the times and people he met throughout the southeast, surveying various waterways and rivers, contracted to the U.S. Corp of Engineers.

He proudly served in the U.S. Military for eight years, during the Reagan era.
