North Orange County Community College District Partners with Credentials Solutions

December 11, 2017 - North Orange County Community College District has partnered with Credentials Solutions to provide an online transcript ordering service with integrated delivery options. Students and alumni from Fullerton College and Cypress College are able to utilize this service.

The new system provides a secure online platform to order and send transcripts. It is available 24/7 and offers real time updates for tracking delivery via email and text in addition to automated acknowledgement of all orders.

Students can access TranscriptsPlus®, Credentials online ordering platform, through the Credentials website or via the college's student portal. Once the requester enters information into TranscriptsPlus, it is checked against the school's student information system. If everything is confirmed, the order will be processed in a matter of seconds.

Transcripts and any additional attachments can be sent electronically or through the mail. Sending transcripts electronically is the fastest method of delivery and can result in the order being fulfilled in a matter of minutes. In addition, Credentials sends an email confirming the delivery, so the requester will know immediately that the transcript has been sent.

If sent through the mail with eRoboMail®, transcripts are printed, folded, stuffed, stamped, and shipped from a Credentials-owned facility. These two options make it easier to have transcripts delivered based on the receivers preferred format.

NOCCCD is also sending transcripts through eTran California, a service that provides California school districts, state colleges, universities and technical centers with the means to exchange transcripts and other student records electronically.

Customer Service Representatives at Credentials are available to assist students and alumni with transcript order questions Monday - Thursday from 7 AM to 8 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM CST.
