Whitbread plc choose the Ostara CAFM system

November 13, 2017 - Whitbread has chosen the Ostara CAFM software to manage the maintenance of their Premier Inn and Restaurant Estate. Whitbread were looking for a system that could provide efficient processes to manage both the quality and cost of the FM and maintenance of their sites, along with providing a robust compliance process.

Whitbread's FM Systems and Strategy Manager, Ryan Collings, commented "Ostara systems has an excellent understanding of the needs of a busy, high volume maintenance function. The system brings together the activities of our head offices, hotels and restaurants, and our contractors, in a flexible and efficient way; providing much needed clarity and control".

The Ostara System is used to manage the maintenance of the estates of some of the UK's largest retailers such as Primark and Lloyds Pharmacy, along with financial sector companies such as the Yorkshire Building Society.
