Happy Tax Announces 1st Annual Tax Season KickOff Convention in Dallas, TX

The convention will start on Friday, November 10th with an exclusive meeting with the Happy Tax Area Representatives who own their own respective markets across the country. Friday evening will welcome in new prospective franchisees and Area Representatives to a Meet & Greet Presentation with the Happy Tax corporate team and franchisees who are arriving for the rest of the trainings and events. Friday night will close with a Welcome Reception where all Franchisees, Area Representatives and Independent Contractors will join with corporate staff to officially kick off the convention along with future franchisees from the Meet & Greet.
Saturday, November 11th will get started with a presentation by CEO Mario Costanz on how he went from side hustle to full time entrepreneur. Then, Keynote Coach and Trainer Milton Pedraza, from the New York-based Luxury Institute, will immerse the attendees in how to build high performance client relationships, engage Happy Tax partners in interactive working sessions to share best practices and define the Happy Tax client experience, and understand how to achieve sales and self-mastery through Luxury Institute's Luxelerate system that Happy Tax has licensed.The day finishes with presentations from five Happy Tax executives and finally some fun at team building events in the evening.
On Sunday, November 12th, after presentations by two more Happy Tax executives, Happy Tax's outside counsel and former DOJ Tax Division attorney, Mark Milton, will give a presentation on Happy Tax's commitment to complying with the IRS's rules and regulations applicable to tax preparers. Then a panel of Happy Tax Franchisees, Area Representatives and Independent Contractors we will be setup for questions and peer to peer coaching.
