Florida International University is live with Credentials Solutions

September 21, 2017 - Florida International University has partnered with Credentials Solutions to make it the designated agent for processing and sending electronic and paper transcripts on behalf of the institution. Credentials will improve transcript ordering and processing for FIU staff and students.

TranscriptsPlus® is an online transcript service that provides a completely secure, self-service environment for students and alumni to order transcripts online 24/7.

Working in concert with TranscriptsPlus is RoboRegistrar®, which automates the manual production processes involved with transcript order fulfillment. There is no need for the institution's staff to input data anymore, as student record information is pulled directly from the school's student information system.

eRoboMail® is an automated print and mail solution that prints, folds, stuffs, seals and stamps paper transcripts. Printing is done at Credentials Solutions-owned facilities, ensuring that transcripts are processed more efficiently. Adding the capability to send PDFs through TranscriptsNetwork™, the largest sending and receiving network serving Higher Education, gives FIU students and alumni options when it comes to sending transcripts to institutions with different receiving requirements.

FIU is also sending transcripts through FASTER, Florida's System for Transferring Educational Records, a service that provides school districts, state colleges, universities and technical centers with the means to exchange transcripts and other student records electronically.
