Shenandoah University is live with TranscriptsPlus and PDF Sending

July 20, 2017 - Shenandoah University is live with TranscriptsPlus® from Credentials Solutions. By adding TranscriptsPlus, in addition to school-to-school and third party PDF sending, Shenandoah University students and alumni are able to order transcripts online and have them sent electronically.

TranscriptsPlus offers a secure, FERPA compliant, and easy-to-use transcript ordering platform. Once an order is placed, proprietary middleware RoboRegistrar® validates the information provided by the student against the university's student information system. If the record exists and no holds are on the account, the order is processed without being touched by a staff member.

The new service also allows students and alumni to order and receive transcripts electronically as a PDF, which makes delivery almost instantaneous.

With Credentials Solutions taking all transcript-related customer service calls, Shenandoah University has experienced less phone traffic and fewer students waiting in line. The university is also provided with a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to assist staff members with any questions or issues.
