Kennesaw State University appoints Credentials Solutions as its agent for Transcript Ordering and Fulfillment

June 22, 2017 - Kennesaw State University (KSU) has appointed Credentials Solutions of Northfield, IL, as its agent for printing and mailing academic transcripts via the eRoboMail® service, as well as for sending official PDF transcripts through Credentials' TranscriptsNetwork™.

KSU students and alumni are now able to order their official transcripts online, using Credentials' easy-to-use and mobile friendly ordering service TranscriptsPlus®. Once an order is placed, Credentials' proprietary software RoboRegistrar® compares the information provided by the requester to the information in the university's student information system. If the information matches and there are no holds on the account, the order will be processed without ever being touched by a staff member. If there is an issue with the information provided, the order is put into a special queue for registrar staff to process.

Transcripts can be sent by mail or electronically, providing students and alumni with options on how their orders are fulfilled. If a transcript is sent by mail, it is printed at a Credentials-owned facility and sent via the USPS or FedEx. Electronic transcripts are sent through TranscriptsNetwork, which is the largest sending and receiving transcript network serving higher education.

Accompanying these automated solutions is Credentials' customer service for both the university and its students. If there are any problems with transcript orders, Customer Service Representatives are available to answer student inquiries, Monday – Friday. The university is assigned a personal Client Relationship Manager for any questions or issues that the registrar staff may have.
