Kelly Oliver Joins Red Oak Capital Group

NEW YORK, June 22, 2017 - Red Oak Capital Group, a private equity firm specializing in commercial real estate debt and capital announced today that Kelly Oliver has joined the firm in its Commercial Capital Acquisitions division.

Oliver has extensive experience in commercial real estate, private equity investments, business venture capital and technology. She has worked as a consultant for many Fortune 500 firms in the commercial real estate, medical, retail, educational, financial, construction and public sector industries.

Kelly holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, and is pursuing a PhD in Business Administration. A high energy, results oriented strategic planner with a strong record of consistently driving success, she is repeatedly recognized for her success in delivering high performance, cost effective, and turn around solutions by combining creative and operational strengths.

As well as her entrepreneurial spirit, she is also known for her charitable contributions. She served two terms as Chairman of the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County and four years prior as Treasurer. Previously, she served as Regional Director of Women in Technology International, as well as serving on several committees across a diverse range of professional organizations. Oliver will be based out of Florida, and be involved with National Accounts for Red Oak Capital, focusing on mid-cap and large-cap commercial project finance.
