Washington, D.C. – Tell Tale Press, Inc.® proudly announces the winners of its latest biannual writing contest: Sara Bangs (from Washington state) for Blackshear’s Noir Bar; Amy Goodnow (Massachusetts) for Seven Deadly Sins State, and Christi Slack (Washington) for the Wired Institute of Technology.

“The short, snappy stories are just the beginning,” wrote the Dartmouth College newspaper of the company’s tales that appear on its unique line of greeting cards and notepads. The stories continue online with fresh original content, the writing contest and lots more.

Contest winners receive a $500 prize package including a $200 U.S. Savings Bond, a complete set (8 boxes) of greeting cards, 12 notepads, framed artwork and a fine writing utensil. Free to enter, the biannual contest has attracted hundreds of entrants from a dozen countries to date. The next deadline is July 10, 2006.

“Get involved by either fabricating an ending to one of the stories or penning [your] own original tale,” wrote The Urbanite, a Baltimore-based monthly magazine.
