Grubb Ventures Hosts Wrecking Ball Party At Koger Center Demolition On Feb. 2 Will Mark Start Of Glenwood North Development

RALEIGH, N.C. – Gordon Grubb, one of the Triangle's premier developers and marketers of upscale properties, will host a Wrecking Ball party on Feb. 2 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to witness the demolition of the 35 year old "Kogerama" in the Glenwood North office park and announce the construction of a new state-of-the-art five story building and parking deck. The event, at 3700 Glenwood Avenue, will feature hors d’oeuvres, beverages and the NC Symphony Jazz Trio. The new development will feature unduplicated designs, resort-like amenities, quality construction, and innovative architecture and is minutes away from RTP, the airport, Crabtree Valley and North Hills.
