The short story depicts the struggle people go through to shrug their inhibitions, and take a chance not only on life, but on love. Adding to the story is the unique cast of characters who lend a helping hand to the main characters.

Gideon has faced the loss of his wife and for two years has honored her memory all the while becoming lonelier. Ellie faced betrayal and heart ache at the hands of her fiancé when he left her the night before their wedding for their wedding planner.

Four Girls Publishing, is a small press company, and works with both first time authors as well as established authors who desire not only to get their literary works published, but also work with a publisher who believes that the author comes first.

Along with being a professional nurse, EL Hutchison is an accomplished writer, having previously published such novels as In the Hands of the Gods, which was published by Whiskey Creek Press.

Ms. Hutchison was quoted as saying the following regarding reading and writing. “I have loved writing since early childhood. I feel the most important thing you can share with a child is a book, and for that I thank my maternal grandmother, Maudie Smith. It was the encouragement of my grandmother, mother, and family that has allowed me to achieve the dream of writing. Because of the love of my family, I feel it only appropriate to write romances.”
