Merced College is live with Credentials Solutions

February 9, 2017 - Merced College now offers an online transcript ordering and delivery service through Credentials Solutions.

TranscriptsPlus expedites the ordering process, allowing students and alumni to use a credit or debit card for payment. RoboRegistrar® then locates the student record and confirms the information using data elements supplied in the order. Credentials also provides email and text notifications to keep students informed regarding the status of their order.

eRoboMail® is a print and mail service from Credentials Solutions that streamlines paper transcript processing. Printing is done at Credentials-owned facilities to ensure efficiency and security. Students and alumni also have the option to send their transcript electronically as a PDF through TranscriptsNetwork™, the largest transcript network exchange in the industry.

Merced College's staff has seen productivity in their office improve. With Credentials printing transcripts and taking customer service phone calls, there have been fewer phone inquiries and less students waiting in line, allowing the Registrar's Office to redeploy their staff.
