Imperial Valley College is live with Credentials Solutions

November 29, 2016 - Imperial Valley College has named Credentials Solutions as the designated agent for processing and sending transcripts on behalf of the college. Credentials Solutions, based in Chicago, is the leader in transcript solutions for Higher Education and works with over 3,000 institutions nationwide.

TranscriptsPlus® is Credentials' online transcript ordering platform. Students and alumni no longer need to make the trip to IVC to order a transcript, as it is now done online. TranscriptsPlus is simple, secure and available 24/7. When coupled with RoboRegistrar®, Credentials proprietary middleware, the vast majority of transcript orders are fully automated.

Imperial Valley College allows its students and alumni to send both paper and electronic transcripts. eRoboMail® is Credentials' print and mail service, which handles the printing, folding, stuffing, sealing, and stamping of paper transcripts. If the preferred method of receiving is electronic, TranscriptsNetwork™ can send PDF, EDI or XML formatted transcripts. By implementing this suite of services, Credentials is able to take 90% of the transcript volume out of the Registrar's Office.

Students and alumni are notified when their transcripts have been delivered by email and text and are able to track their order every step of the way. Credentials Solutions takes all customer service calls relating to transcript orders, removing that volume from the Registrar's Office.
