Medcom Wins Gold and Silver in the International CINDY Competitions

September 21, 2016 - Medcom is pleased to announce its programs have won both Gold and Silver CINDY Awards in the recent International Cinema in Industry CINDY Competitions!

"When Someone You Love Can't Live at Home" won a Gold CINDY Award in the Public Service & Information category. "Blood Collection: Anatomy and Physiology" won a Silver CINDY Award in the Vocational category.

"When Someone You Love Can't Live at Home" gives viewers a start to finding the right long-term care solution for their loved ones. This 23-minute program describes what needs to be done, what considerations to look at, and how to find the best fit for each situation.

"Blood Collection: Anatomy and Physiology" is the first program in a three-part Blood Collection series. This 20-minute program reviews the anatomic and physiologic considerations related to phlebotomy-the collection of blood-and describes the most common blood tests.

The International Cinema in Industry CINDY Competitions is presented by the International Association of Audio Visual Communicators.

CINDY Awards are prestigious awards given to individuals and organizations that have produced programs achieving the very highest levels of excellence in production value and message effectiveness.
