SemiconductorStore.com to distribute Embedded and External Device Servers, other Networking products, from Quatech and DPAC Technologies

HAWTHORNE, CA, January 27, 2006 – SemiconductorStore.com, the award-winning eCommerce division of Symmetry Electronics, announced today that it has signed an agreement to add Quatech and DPAC Technologies’ embedded and external Device Networking products to its online offering. The complete line of Device Servers includes 802.11 wireless embedded modules and external products, both wired and wireless.

In April 2005, Quatech and DPAC Technologies announced a definitive agreement to merge, and in August 2005 announced a license agreement giving Quatech the exclusive worldwide right to sell, distribute and manufacture DPAC's Airborne™ wireless products as well as to create and develop additional wireless products using DPAC's technology. The merger is scheduled for completion in early 2006.
