Hunt, the founder and former CEO of Lingotek and designer of their translation platform, brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization. Having worked 14 years as a scripture translator supervisor in 85 different languages for the LDS Church, Hunt brings with him over 30 years experience in the translation industry. Sydnor likewise brings invaluable experience to the organization as an expert Senior Developer with 39 years experience working with computer hardware and software, 21 of which were working on internet-based software development and system administration. Anderson, having over 11 years combined experience working as CTO for Learning Components, Inc. and Quick Request, enhances the team with specialized experience in eLearning software development and APIs.

Hunt and Sydnor have been working with inWhatLanguage on a remote basis since late 2013 and are responsible for the development of inWhatLanguage's Translation Management Cloud - UNIFY, which integrates expert professional translators with machine-learning artificial intelligence engines to streamline the localization and translation process of business content.

With the aim to lead the localization and translation industry through the creation and development of an innovative and intuitive Translation Management System (TMS), Hunt joins inWhatLanguage as CTO to continue the development of the UNIFY platform as well as guide the growth and advancement of the organization's technical strategy. After having founded and led several software based businesses, Hunt has a strong resume in business strategic planning, leadership, and software design, making him a perfect fit to lead inWhatLanguage's technical team as they scale their newly built TMS.

From 1995 to 2007, Sydnor owned and operated an internet development and hosting company, SyComM International LLC. He is proficient in almost all programming languages and is an expert in building complex, large-scale, web applications. His extensive experience will allow inWhatLanguage to lean on him for a wide variety of technical needs as the company looks to scale their technology efforts over the next few years.

Anderson is a Sun Certified Java Programmer and is also proficient in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP and other similar languages. He brings a unique skillset and experience to inWhatLanguage, based on his work over the last 5 years as CTO for Learning Components, Inc, an eLearning software company that specializes in APIs and language frameworks. This provides inWhatLanguage a unique perspective to eLearning modules, an industry heavily reliant on translation services.
