WIAL Caribbean Presents Two Newly Certified Action Learning Coaches

April 24, 2016 - The World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) has added two Caribbean professionals to its global list of Certified Action Learning Coaches. Natasha Lugay, a banking professional in Dominica and Natalie Jackman Ible, a consultant from Trinidad and Tobago were both certified by WIAL in April 2016.

WIAL Caribbean is pleased with this achievement which comes just over six months after it started operations last year. Natasha Lugay completed the third required certification workshop administered by WIAL Caribbean in Antigua during October 2015. After completing the required workshops both candidates had to introduce Action Learning to a group and coach a minimum of two Action Learning sessions with at least one reaching conclusion. They were also expected to post perspectives on Action Learning scenarios on the global WIAL website and then to submit a paper to WIAL's international certification committee.

WIAL Caribbean is continuing to build its network of Certified Action Learning Coaches and will provide the necessary support to ensure that its coaches keep abreast of developments in the field and apply the Action Learning principles consistently.
