CFD Broker - Blue Index Appoints Mike Estrey as Head of Research

Blue Index, the UK’s leading CFD - contracts for difference broker, is pleased to announce the expansion of its research and analysis for clients with the appointment of Mike Estrey as Head of Research. Mike will be co-ordinating and building on the company’s highly regarded trading recommendations, to provide regular and comprehensive analysis for beginners, advanced traders and longer term investors.

Clients of Blue Index already have access to daily morning reports with specific recommendations, individual share reviews, and US market and leading share analysis. To this will be added informative and educational weekly and monthly publications, which we believe will appeal to beginners and experts alike. Blue Index want to expand the benefits of using CFDs to include more advanced strategies for hedging and money management. Mike will be joining Zak Mir, the UK’s leading technical analyst, and the research team at Blue Index, making them the automatic choice for CFD trading and investment.

Mike has significant experience in UK stockbroking, with fifteen years of advising and managing funds for private clients and pension funds, during which he was first an analyst for smaller companies, then head of investment strategy at a leading UK brokerage. His areas of expertise include in-depth knowledge of asset allocation models, economic analysis, and long term market and equity returns.

He has developed several trading strategies for the short and long term, based on a wide ranging examination of FTSE 100 index constituents since its inception 30 years ago.
