Islevision to Offer Beach Community Lots on the Caribbean Sea for $10k

As an incentive for buyers, all those who start construction of their custom homes within 30 days of purchase, will receive a discount on building costs. These costs, usually sit somewhere between $85 to $100 per square foot - depending on the homeowner's choice of finishes – but will now be reduced to $60 per square foot. Lots priced at $10,000 will also only be available during the month of March.

For example, in Puerto Rico, expect to pay $126 per square foot, while in Bermuda, this climbs to $655 according to the Global Property Guide.
Calm Waters Colonia prices offer an increased value for money spent compared to other local developments in El Porvenir of a similar size; priced in the $45,000 region. Prices being offered are also significantly lower than similar lots in the Caribbean which can range from $75,000 to $200,000.
