January 29, 2016 - Northfield, IL – Blackhawk Technical College is live with TranscriptsPlus®, the fully-automated online transcript ordering service from Credentials Solutions available to students and alumni 24/7. Blackhawk is the 9th institution from the Wisconsin Technical College System to utilize Credentials' services.

TranscriptsPlus is tailored to fit Blackhawk's unique policies and procedures. It automates the transcript ordering process in a secure and easy-to-use transcript ordering solution. Working with TranscriptsPlus is Credentials' propriety software interface RoboRegistrar®, which automates processing and streamlines 90% of the work associated with transcript order fulfillment.

Students and alumni have the option of sending electronic transcripts in PDF format as well. For orders that do not have the electronic option available, Blackhawk Technical College has added eRoboMail®, which fully automates the printing, folding, stuffing and mailing of paper transcripts. This service increases security and document integrity by integrating security paper, tamper-proof envelopes, and copy and thermal protections, all while being handled at one of Credentials' facilities.
