MagTek Hires Tech Industry Veteran as EVP, Sales & Business Development

Seal Beach, CA – MagTek, Inc., the world's leading supplier of secure payment technology, today announces that Sam Kamel has joined MagTek's executive management team as EVP of Sales & Business Development.

In his new role, Sam will report to Mimi Hart, MagTek's president and CEO, where he will lead the sales team in MagTek's drive for new markets, new customers and heightened revenue levels. He has extensive experience in high profile organizations and a proven track record. He most recently worked with Ingram Micro and while there helped lead the company through a rapid phase of growth and diversification.

Sam has also worked for Microsoft Corporation, McKinsey & Company, and was an officer in the US Navy. A graduate of Harvard and Cornell universities, he and his family live in Southern California where he will work from MagTek's Seal Beach headquarters.
